I was born in Philadelphia but my family moved to northern Delaware when I was still very young. I attended Delcastle Vocational High where I obtained a Culinary Arts certificate. I then matriculated at the University of Delaware where I earned a B.A. in Consumer Economics. I have worked in many capacities throughout the hospitality industry, ranging from resorts, to nightclubs then later onto country clubs. I come to you after spending six years at Sugarmill in New Smyrna Beach where I was the Banquet & Beverage Manager. I look forward to serving all of you and using my knowledge to enhance your experience at the Club.
